Operating Engineers Local 101
The One O One Death Benefit Club was established to provide immediate financial aid to help defray the expenses incidental to the burial of a deceased member. To be eligible for membership, you must be a member in good standing of Local 101.
Upon notification of a 101 Club member’s death, a check will be issued immediately to the beneficiary of the deceased member.
If you are interested in joining the club, please complete an application. A one-time enrollment fee of $6.00to the One O One Club shall be required to accompany each application. Send completed applications to the Kansas City Union Hall at 6601 Winchester Ave, Ste 280; Kansas City, MO 64133
