The One-O-One Death Benefit Club was established to provide immediate financial aid to help defray the expenses incidental to the burial of a deceased member. During challenging times when you long for the presence of your loved ones, we are here to stand by our union members and provide financial assistance. Our goal is to alleviate the burden of your worries, ensuring that you can navigate through any difficulties with peace of mind and support.
To be eligible for this death benefit membership, you must be a member in good standing of Local 101 and complete an application. Upon receiving notification of a One-O-One Club member’s unfortunate demise, our compassionate team will swiftly process the necessary procedures to ensure that the designated beneficiary of the deceased member is promptly provided with a check, offering financial support during this challenging time. Rest assured, we are committed to offering efficient and empathetic assistance to ease the burden in such circumstances.
If you are interested in joining the club, please complete an application. A one-time enrollment fee of $6.00 to Local One-O-One Benefit Club shall be required to accompany each application, but you then offer a burial check to your beneficiary for the future.
