Contact the appropriate district office and be specific as to the work agreement, job type, and location to receive the proper pay and fringe contribution rates.
There is a common misconception that operators are not able to change jurisdictions; however, this is inaccurate. Our IUOE 101 contractors are able to work in any district within our jurisdiction. The contractor does need to have a contract covering the terms within that jurisdiction to utilize union workers on the job.
IUOE 101 has provisions within our contracts that provide flexibility on whom you employ.
